Here is my latest baking project! I made Lego blocks out of fondant and a mold that I bought from a craft store. 😃It was a fun Lego birthday party!

I also made these Lemon Blueberry Muffins from Sally’s Baking Addiction! …I used frozen blueberries and they may have turned out a little blue. I think I’m slowly learning that I don’t like frozen blueberries in muffins. They’re just so much cheaper!

My husband a I love making homemade pizzas for “date night”. Here’s my go to dough recipe!
Mix olive oil into water. Pour over mixture of flour, salt and yeast. Mix until all the flour is in dough then dump on a counter. Knead 10 min. Rest at least 1hr. Makes 2 10in pizzas.
