Congratulations to Rylann H. on earning first place in the K-1 division of the NACD poster contest in Wood County! Mrs. Carrโs kindergarten class submitted 9 entries as part of a unit on soil, planting, roots, and plant life cycles. Great job to our young artists & scientists!
Mrs. Carrโs kindergarten students became animal experts through their Pet Projects! Students researched an animal of their choice and shared whether it would make a good pet and why. They presented their findings during a gallery walk. Great job, young researchers!
Each of our elementary schools had Field Days filled with games, laughter, teamwork, and plenty of fun with friends. Thank you to our staff, volunteers, and organizers for making this special tradition a memorable event for our students!
The annual preschool picnic was held at Carter Park today! Preschoolers enjoyed pizza, playground fun, and time with friends as families connected and celebrated the end of the year! Thank you to the @WCDPL for bringing the bookmobile and free books!
Conneaut Elementaryโs 5th Grade Arts Assembly showcased creativity, collaboration, and innovation! Students shared tessellations, biome dioramas, collaborative art/ELA bobblehead projects, and original app concepts developed through research, design, marketing, and teamwork.
The Resident Educator Program is a two-year journey of learning, collaboration, and professional growth for new teachers. Through mentorship, reflection, and ongoing support, educators build confidence and strengthen their practice in meaningful ways. Congratulations!
