ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ଭାରତର ଅନନ୍ୟ ଉଦାହରଣ ହେଉଛି ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସଦର ବ୍ଲକର ରିନବଚନ୍ ଗାଁ। ସିଲେଇ ଏହି ଗାଁରେ ଶିଳ୍ପ ଭାବେ ଉଭା ହୋଇଛି। ଆଜି ମହିଳାମାନେ ଆତ୍ମନିର୍ଭର ହୋଇପାରିଛନ୍ତି। କିନ୍ତୁ ସରକାରୀ କୌଶଳ ବିକାଶ ଯୋଜନାରେ ସାମିଲ ହୋଇପାରି ନାହିଁ। ଏଥି ପ୍ରତି କେନ୍ଦ୍ର ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ସରକାରୀ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ ଓ ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଆଶା।
