@AirCanada I filed a reimbursement request for flight related expenses after you cancelled my flight for mechanical reasons. I filed the claim on January 2 and have followed up multiple times. No responses from air canada. It's been 30 days. Please help ASAP. Thank you

@SEPTA thanks for the unannounced express train on the MFL from 5th street to K&E. The entire train just got off and crossed to the other side of the tracks to go back in the other direction. No announcements. WTF. @FailSepta
