Supreme Court of India has heard two very similar cases back to back
Sexual abuse allegations of child levelled against the father in matrimonial and child custody dispute
In both cases POCSO case was filed after father got visitation or custody rights
In one judgment, the Judge used POCSO allegations to deprive a father completely of any contact with his children and allowed the mother to take the kids to another country practically removing the father from life of his children forever
In other judgment, the Judge looked at entire facts of the case, the games that were played, the clear abuse of law and has now passed guidelines on misuse of POCSO allegations in child custody disputes and also upheld that the custody of child should be with the father who was falsely accused in POCSO case
JUSTICE IS INDIA IS NOT REALLY LAW CENTRIC BUT JUDGE CENTRIC
Nth time I have come to this realisation!
Why do so many domestic violence cases end with money?
Yesterday:
“My husband and in-laws beat and harassed me.”
Today:
“Give me ₹1 crore and let’s settle the matter.”
If the violence was so serious, how did ₹1 crore suddenly make everything okay?
Beaten yesterday.
Case filed today.
₹1 crore tomorrow.
Case settled.

He made fun of PM Modi’s pronunciation of “friends.”
Meanwhile, he himself can’t even pronounce simple words correctly, such as “scholarship,” “letter,” “loan,” and “education.”
He’s been living in the US for the past few years. How is he surviving there with this English? 😭👇🏻

🚨 CJP PR Gang on the police radar:
- Delhi Police has identified 180 influencers and 3 agencies that allegedly tried to manipulate people through paid PR.
- According to sources, Barcode Entertainment has already been raided by the police. The agency has been linked to Urfi Javed and Riyaz Ali.
- Some agencies even allegedly ran the "Sonam Sir will die in 2 days" agenda.
- More than 200 Delhi Police officers were injured, but no one talked about it.
It looks like massive foreign funding may be behind all this paid PR. Hopefully, the entire network will be exposed.

Dr. Sudhanshu Trivedi Targets Opposition During Anti-Paper Leak Bill Debate
During the Rajya Sabha debate on the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026, BJP MP Sudhanshu Trivedi launched a sharp attack on the Opposition. He alleged that several paper leaks occurred during the tenure of former Union Education Minister Kapil Sibal, who has now offered legal assistance to NEET protesters. Trivedi also claimed that medical seats were "auctioned" under previous governments, while asserting that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, students from economically weaker backgrounds have secured admissions on merit.
In his speech, Trivedi further criticised remarks made by Opposition leaders on caste and the examination system, questioning the basis for different standards in setting question papers. These remarks were made as part of the broader parliamentary debate on the anti-paper leak legislation and reflect the BJP's political position; the claims themselves remain contested in Parliament.

Former IAF officer Manish Solanki has approached the Supreme Court seeking action against organisers of the July 20 Sansad Chalo protest.
He has urged that those who made derogatory and inflammatory remarks be directed to perform community service, arguing that the government has shown leniency while illegal protests and provocative statements continue.
