Bopped off of the park for the majority of the game bar a 15 minute spell first half.

Ashmore got in our faces and limited us to what we could do, every first/second ball they were there.

Lots of improvement needed if we want to compete in this league.

FT: Lions 3-2 AFC Jacks

Went 1-0 up early doors with a well worked goal, jacks quickly responded with an equaliser which made for a top game between 2 good sides.

We come out on top with a dominant second half display, good reaction after a poor performance last week.

Had our chances in the first half to take the lead but just couldn’t find the back of the net.

Emerald were clinical and when their chances come, they took them, all about fine margins in this division.

Onto another tough one against Jacks

Top draw first half, pinned bilbrook back and looked dangerous, roles reversed second half, they did exactly the same to us but with more fluidity and found the openings.

Fitness is slowly getting better within the group, another 90 in the💼

The prep is well and truly underway, testing ourselves weekly.

The boys seriously showed the levels they’re capable of tonight, top experience against a step 6 Saturday side who played 2 different 11’s. Some seriously tired legs in the morning.
