The Cross Country team will start practice on Aug 7 (Tuesday) at 7 a.m. Students will meet in front of the high school gym and practice from 45 minutes to an hour. If you don’t drive, tell your ride we will be finished no later than 8 a.m. Everyone must have a physical on file.

If you plan to play any of these fall sports, you are required to start attending practices on these dates and you must have an up-to-date physical. There are no exceptions.

*JH/HS XCountry - Aug 6, 7:00 a.m.
*HS Baseball - Aug 6, 3-5 p.m.
*HS VBall - Aug 6, Parent meeting 5:30 p.m. (parents must attend) followed by practice until 8:00 p.m.
*JH VBall - Aug 14, 3:00 p.m.
