Ole Miss pro-Palestinian counter protesters who were making monkey sounds in the face of the Black woman video taping them. Identify them. Let’s make them famous.
@geoff_calkins Do you think your assessment of the “new era in Memphis” is more consistent with that of the marginalized majority or of the controlling minority?
@OmarJimenez This is what it's like to attend almost any HBCU. The energy is "off the chain." Our children should only attend the Historical Black colleges. Any one of them is preferable to the hate received at majority white institutions. The love, culture and support are incomparable.
@a6c05d7bd91246e@angela_rye@CocoGauff That's fine! I don't have a problem with her using it for motivation, but when you are publicly acknowledging your accomplishment the negative is best left unsaid.
@diannkirby@angela_rye@CocoGauff It was not criticisms. It was simple observation. Of course we're not same person but I have lived a much longer life than a child of 19. I recognize life has a way of showing you what's important and those who doubt you are not important enough to spend time acknowledging them.
@FordKemba When national atrocities are mentioned this is never talked about. I have raised it in discussions and most people even some in Memphis are totally unaware it occurred. People only know about Tulsa. They don't really know about Fort Pillow either.
@Effort_les Dominican Republic, from the bottom of my heart, I want to let you know that I love you, and the support you have given me throughout this trip. It was incredible to represent my country at this stage and the world knows who we are now!! 🇩🇴 PLATANO POWER !!️ 🙏🏽
.@Chrislhayes your show on Friday night 09/01/23 was outstanding! I watch you nightly and that show was superb. So good in fact I felt compelled to let you know. Oh, BTW, I miss you on Monday nights.
.@munzly Has the leadership at the U Memphis received honest maybe off the record feedback as to why these sports conferences perceives it so negatively as compared to schools seen historically as of lesser standing?
.@kwelkernbc Tell me, when you look into the mirror do you see a Black woman? From all indications based upon your public persona the answer would appear to be, hell no. If you think that public persona keeps white people from seeing a Black woman, you are sadly mistaken.
