At Cambridge, I heard a lecturer say no NT passage rightly understood in its context limits the ministry of women. I almost jumped up to shout, “That’s not true.”
I set out to prove him wrong, starting with 1 Tim 2. But the more I studied, the more I learned how wrong I'd been.
