@gameloft I wonder if your intentions with these posts are undermined by the fact that 1 or more people have an aggravating anecdote to share that in turn discredits your brand because you don't focus on customer satisfaction. Feels more like negative influence. Counterproductive.

@gameloft You'd have a much more loyal and engaged community if you guys invest into effective customer support. Prioritizing revenue over customer satisfaction is a short-term strategy. You'll continue to anger your user base, crash & burn long-term then rebrand your horrible reputation..

@gameloft A "company" that markets DLC, then when you purchase it's not provided. Tell me I purchased a "DLC Upgrade" to DLC I DON'T EVEN OWN! Make it make sense!

I never received my subscribe and save order. Details say the package got lost for almost two months now. I tried cancelling, but you're claiming that if I cancel and buy an additional one that I will be responsible to pay for the lost package if it randomly shows up
