I’m speaking from my personal experience. Chipper Cash helped me process a ₦138,000 withdrawal, marked the transaction “Completed,” but I still haven’t received my money in my PalmPay account.

What makes this worse is that the transaction receipt doesn’t even show the recipient details. I’ve asked for proof of where my money was sent, but I’m still waiting for a proper resolution.

₦138,000 is my money, and I want it back.

Everyone using Chipper Cash should be extremely careful and keep proper records of every transaction.

Please be extremely careful using @chippercashapp for transactions. Based on my personal experience, I would advise users to avoid keeping funds on the platform until this issue is resolved.

I deposited funds and later initiated a withdrawal. Chipper Cash marked the withdrawal as successful, but I have not received the money. What is even more concerning is that the withdrawal receipt they provided does not show the recipient/account details I provided.

I am still waiting for my funds and a proper explanation. If you currently have money on the platform, please exercise caution and verify your withdrawals carefully.

I’m sharing this so others can be aware of what happened to me. @chippercashapp, I need my funds returned and a clear explanation of this transaction.
