I have basically every type of pan, cast iron, carbon steel, aluminum, teflon, stainless steel, dutch oven, braiser, stock pot, same pan they use at waffle House for eggs, griddle, omelette pan, aebleskiver pancake balls, etc, cast iron is always the best. I like to buy kitchen gadgets I see in videos
