But as soon as the woman opened the yogurt box, a strong, bathroom-like odor emanated from it.

Not only that, when she scooped it up with a spoon, it wasn't like regular yogurt; instead, it stretched like rubber.

The woman immediately contacted Zepto support, but she claims she received AI/Bot-like responses there, and her problem wasn't resolved satisfactorily.

The woman became angry and said, "If I had accidentally served this yogurt to my guests, what would have been left of my dignity?"

The company is in such a hurry to collect customers' money, but who will take responsibility for the defective goods?"

In such cases, it's not just about money, but also about the health and trust of customers.

The company must ensure that every food item delivered to the customer is safe and of the right quality.
