I’d put this outfield against any in the state. No chance of a ball hitting the grass on these guys, and now also recognized for their work in the classroom, with each finishing at the top of their graduating class. Congrats men on a job well done!

I truly love these guys from the Cedar Creek senior class, who had no idea that this would be one of the last times they would lace up their spikes. The game has always been a metaphor for life, as tomorrow is guaranteed for no one. Good luck boys, and live life to the fullest.

Cedar Creek gives up a big inning in the 4th and never recovers, losing to Round Rock Westwood in the Central Texas Invitational. Offensively Figueroa (2-3 rbi) Kawazoe (1-3 HR) and Vinklarek (1-2 HR 2r).

Creek drops tough game vs Weiss 2-1. We out hit them and out pitched them but didn’t get it done. Vinklarek gets the loss on the mound (5inn 2runs 0earned 2 hits 2bb 4K). Gonzales solid in relief. Allen scores the lone run after leadoff single and Vink sac fly.
