1st-5th grade LINC students recently participated in a unit focused on the history of books and libraries. The students wrapped up the topic of study with a visit to the Bridgeport Public Library. Thanks so much to the library staff members. We love partnering with our community!

BMS LINC Elective students are busy completing their Rubber Band Invention Contest entries! The required paperwork and photos will be shipped to the University of Akron very soon!
At the end of last semester, BES/BIS LINC students completed an in depth exploration of soil. They used their newly found knowledge to design and create entries for the Wise County Soil and Water Conservation District poster contest.
BES/BIS LINC students wrapped up the month of November by presenting their "What Do You Do With An Idea?" products! The students practiced their communication skills along with their audience skills as they learned about their classmates' ideas.

On October 23rd, the BMS LINC Elective students attended the Wise County Courthouse Rededication Ceremony! After the ceremony, the students were able to participate in a courthouse tour. The day was a great educational experience as they wrapped up their unit about courthouses!
BMS LINC Elective students had the privilege of meeting with County Judge J.D. Clark. Judge Clark answered student questions in regard to the preservation and restoration of the Wise County Courthouse. Thank you Judge Clark for investing in the students at Bridgeport ISD!
