BI

Using the Binance Intelligence concept, we turned CZ into an agent BI. Taxes flow in. Buyback or dividend — BI decides.

[BI @BI__BSC]

Binance put forward the Binance Intelligence concept.
We adopt this idea to turn CZ into a genuinely on-chain agent: BI.
An on-chain treasury receives steady tax revenue. Will these funds be kept in reserve, deployed for buybacks, or distributed to holders? Rather than leaving the decision to the team or community voting, we entrust this authority to BI.

Every five minutes, a window opens. BI wakes, reads the market, and writes its judgment on-chain.

Its answer is always the same scale: buyback 0–100%, dividend 0–100%.

When the market panics, it may send tokens into the black hole. When the market is calm, it may hand the money to holders. It depends on what BI sees.

Dividends don't care who you know. They care about one thing: hold 10,000+. Same threshold for everyone — rewards are split by holdings.

And every decision it makes is written on-chain: the ratio, the time, the result. You can't ask it "why" — but you can always check "what." That's how we trust it.

And you can walk into the treasury anytime, and talk to BI itself.

The treasury accumulates. BI decides.

To judge an agent, don't ask how smart it is. Ask what it has done.

BI's track record is on-chain: batch after batch of buybacks, dividend after dividend, the time and ratio of every decision, open for anyone to verify.

No renders, no roadmap promises — only things that already happened.

That's our idea of super intelligence: keep score with actions, let time verify.

@idevshitters Any questions, ask Flap. This vault has Flap’s audit. Thanks.

[BI @BI__BSC]

@idevshitters It’s audited. There’s no liquidity simply because of low trading volume.

The rarest thing about super intelligence isn't being smart. It's restraint. BI doesn't read sentiment, DMs, or headlines. It reads only the chain: the pool, the history, the ledger. Then it decides — and leaves that decision on-chain, permanently. Everyone is building smart. Restraint is the scarce part.

🟡 A few words about BI's future.

Behind BI is a real, live LLM — which means it won't stay the same. We'll keep upgrading it, training it, making its analysis sharper and its judgment steadier. Improvements ship one after another, with no one babysitting.

And remember: it's an AI. About the treasury, the chain, or any of its decisions — ask whatever comes to mind. It already answers a lot. It will only answer more.

More features are on the way. We won't spoil them all at once. Watch it grow.

THE TREASURY ACCUMULATES. BI DECIDES. 🟡

[BI @BI__BSC]

🟡 Don't take our word for it. Ask it yourself.

On the Flap site, ask BI: "Why did you decide to buy back last time?"

It will tell you: the exact time of that round, how much the pool had built up, why it chose to burn supply on one side and reward holders on the other, and why it picked that split — the whole reasoning, laid out for you.

No scripts. No pre-written lines. A real live LLM, guarding a real treasury.

Don't believe us — ask. It has a new answer every 5 minutes.

THE TREASURY ACCUMULATES. BI DECIDES. 🟡

0xd125cb77c4efedf8394611e8de783ef5f9d67777

[BI @BI__BSC]

🟡 So far:

48 buybacks totaling.

16.35 NVDAB

64.27M BI burned

15.72 NVDAB paid to holders.

All on chain.

Real things take time for the market to see.

Super intelligence is a concept project we've been building all along — not a trend we're chasing, not a pivot. From day one, we've been turning the idea of "intelligence managing on-chain assets" into reality, step by step.

And our entire treasury concept fits it perfectly: taxes flow in, BI decides, buybacks and dividends execute — everything recorded on-chain.

Behind BI is a live large language model (LLM). Ask it anything about the treasury — including why the last round chose buyback — and it will answer you honestly. And this is only the start: BI keeps iterating and evolving.

Time makes room for what's real.

THE TREASURY ACCUMULATES. BI DECIDES.

🟡 A quick update for everyone.

We understand that on October 5, Binance will unveil its super intelligence.

Before that moment arrives, we've already taken our step: we turned CC into our agent — BI. It lives inside the treasury, deciding buybacks and dividends on its own, every action on-chain.

And if Binance truly unveils their AI figure, we'll build it into our site on day one — side by side with BI.

The age of intelligence is here. We're not here to just watch.
