I dont understand football anymore, whereby players can force their exit from a club and can also refuse to leave. @FA and @premierleague must do something about this. It's so unfair on clubs.

@INEOS introduced the Overspend Policy at @ManUtd - will not spend over a fixed amount on any player - overspend policy. Yes, it improves finances but you wont win the league. Unfortunately, its a football club and not Blackrock Asset Management. #MUFC

@ManUtd is now an asset management company, not a football club. It's all about finances. They are not looking to win the EPL. It just reminds me of Wenger after his treble years. They built a new stadium, no trophies, same strategy as @INEOS, buying cheap players all the time.
