Why does it seem there is a major problem in society with a standard? I have been coaching for 33 years and there is a standard to be on my team. A standard to coach alongside me. Freedom is a gift. When it’s abused on my team it’s decreased. When student-athletes overstep their boundaries, there are consequences.
