@freeblackgirl I stayed at a soul sucking toxic job for years because they covered IVF. Literally the only reason I didn’t quit. I still payed thousands out of pocket. It’s nuts. Didn’t get my baby and the company stopped covering IVF so I quit and started fostering. Can’t afford to try again.
