Interested in investing and analyzing companies' annual reports US STOCK MARKET (10-Q & 10-K) & OTHER STUFF... BUYING business opportunities..sharing my journey
JUST TO BE CLEAR :
The goal of financial report analysis is not to tell you whether to buy or sell. It is to ensure that you understand what you are getting into and are aware of the risks...
"Develop into a lifelong self-learner through voracious reading; cultivate curiosity and strive to become a little wiser every day."
"In my whole life, I have known no wise people (over a broad subject matter area) who didn’t read all the time none, zero."

"We have a history of net operating losses and may not achieve profitability in the future. We may need additional capital to fund our operations. If we fail to obtain additional capital, we may be unable to sustain operations".
"Disruptions in U.S. government operations and funding, including government shutdowns, could harm our business, financial condition, and results of operations could be harmed".

$TSSI https://t.co/InDNatpUK6 BASED ON THE 10-K2025 AND
THE-Q MARCH 2026
The current report lacks a high degree of reliability due to fundamental weaknesses.
Waiting for the 10-K-2026 report is BETTER !
AND IN THE 10-Q MARCH 2026 Quarterly Report the company explicitly confirmed that the material weakness still exists!
$ADMA There is a clear contradiction between the company's claim of strong and growing demand and the reality reflected in its report, which shows a significant increase in inventory levels and flat revenue in the first quarter.
1-the asset value
2-the earning power
3-the trend of earnings
(positive-negative )
4-the ability of the management to meet constantly changing conditions..
5-the popular favor of the type of security
All of these factors have an important
Bearing on the value of the company securities.

"The standard viewpoint of financial analysts in fact most will insist that even conservative investors should be prepared to pay generous prices for stocks of the choice companies. we have expounded our contrary..it rests largely on the absence of an adequate factor of safety when too large a portion of the price must depend on ever-increasing earnings in the future. the reader will have to decide this important question for himself after weighing the arguments on both sides."

The Civitas merger (January 2026) roughly doubled the company’s size, added new production,
and gave it a bigger mix of high-quality drilling spots across more basins.
In 2025 it made $3.138 billion from production sales.
In Q1 2026 it made $1.477 billion from production sales
(much higher than the same quarter last year because of the merger).
OUTSIDE OF THE FIELD OF BANKS, INSURANCE COMPANIES...IT IS ONLY IN THE EXCEPTIONAL CASE THAT BOOK VALUE OR LIQUIDATING VALUE PLAYS AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN SECURITY ANALYSIS.
IN THE GREAT MAJORITY OF INSTANCES THE ATTRACTIVENESS OR THE SUCCESS OF AN INVESTMENT WILL BE FOUND TO DEPEND ON THE EARNING POWER BEHIND IT.
THE TERM "EARNING POWER" SHOULD BE USED TO MEAN THE EARNING THAT MAY REASONABLY BE EXPECTED OVER A PERIOD OF TIME IN THE FUTURE.

Berkshire Hathaway has indirect exposure to the real estate sector through its investments:
"Berkshire has an 87.4% (diluted) interest in MidAmerican Energy Holdings, which owns a wide variety of utility operations....
MidAmerican also owns the second largest real estate brokerage firm in the U.S., HomeServices of America. This company operates through 21 locally-branded firms that have 16,000 agents. Last year was a terrible year for home sales, and 2009 looks no better. We will continue, however, to acquire quality brokerage operations when they are available at sensible prices."
