El Wallbounce en Gears of War E-DAY estara nerfeado!!!

En Gears of War E-DAY las cosas están a punto de cambiar, no solo por tener nuevas armas y mapas. La mecánica de correr se transforma y en lugar de agacharse y correr con la cámara cerca de sus espaldas y la pantalla temblando, en E-Day la cámara se aleja mientras corren hacia adelante.

Searcy mencionó: "Hay muchas razones para el cambio, pero gran parte tiene que ver con la variedad de espacios de desplazamiento que tenemos",

"Tenemos espacios pequeños y grandes, y esto te permite interactuar mucho más con el campo de batalla. Puedes ver lo que está sucediendo. Puedes moverte de forma mucho más natural".

Esto viene acompañado de otras nuevas opciones de movimiento, como deslizarse, saltar y nuevas mecánicas de cobertura. Sin embargo, todos estos cambios implican que algunas mecánicas antiguas ya no serán las mismas, en concreto, el "wallbounce".

"Aun tenemos formas de cancelar el rebote en la pared, pero no podrás hacerlo como antes" dijo Searcy.

Hay muchas otras cosas que puedes hacer. Hay maneras de experimentar con ello, no ha desaparecido del todo. Creemos que hemos encontrado un equilibrio en cuanto a cómo se siente realmente.

"Si vuelves esperando que se juegue exactamente igual que un Gears anterior, no será así. Probablemente requerirá un periodo de adaptación, pero también está construido sobre las mismas mecánicas".

"We would like to start by saying thank you to the more than 350k players who joined us throughout the Hell Let Loose: Vietnam Open Beta, as well as everyone who took the time to share their feedback with us.

Over the course of the weekend, we loved seeing your clips, screenshots, stories and discussions across social media, Discord, Reddit and our feedback survey. We were also thrilled to see so many of our War Correspondents, content creators and community members sharing their experiences with others.

We want Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to deliver the best possible experience for players on both PC and console. Following intensive internal testing, coupled with the open beta feedback, we've identified several areas where additional development time will allow us to deliver a stronger launch experience.

As a result, we have decided to delay the launch of Hell Let Loose: Vietnam to 13th August.

We know many of you have been patiently awaiting the next chapter in the Hell Let Loose franchise, and we do not take this decision lightly. However, we firmly believe that taking additional time now is the right choice for both the game and the community. We’d also like to thank you for your feedback across surveys, Discord, Reddit and beyond.

The additional development time will allow the team to focus on improving performance, stability and overall gameplay quality ahead of launch. We will continue to share updates on our progress in the coming weeks and provide further information as we move closer to release.
