3. Take the first 30. Thats a month of content, sourced in one sitting, for $0
4. TRANSFORM IT. This is the part lazy people skip and the only part that decides whether you get paid. Never read it word for word. Rewrite it as spoken language: start at the worst moment, then explain how it got there. Change names, change the city, cut to 45 seconds
5. The first line has to make no sense without the rest. "my sister invited 40 people to my wedding without telling me" is a hook. "story time" is not
6. One story = one short + a slot in a 10 minute compilation later. The shorts find the audience, the compilation is where the actual money is
