I got scammed on Facebook Marketplace. After I paid for the item via @gcashofficial including shipment fee, the seller left the chat room, and she’s not replying or answering my call.

I thought with the sim registration, we can get rid of these scammers? Or at least track them? How can they still setup their GCash to scam?
