the centralised management system that gmmtv recently introduced is proven to be a stupid move. back then, agencies/brands can directly reach out to the artists’ managers if they wish to work with them but now, with everything funnelled into one single channel, it’s harder to keep track of any progress because we don’t know who is in charge of handling these projects/jobs. both fans and the agencies/brands are stuck with a system that lacks transparency. we don’t know who are receiving these proposals, who are assessing them, who are distributing them, and who are managing them.

even when a specific agency/brand wants to work with a certain artist, because of this system, we can’t be sure that the artist and their managers are aware of those proposals since they’ve gone into a general channel where everyone (and people who aren’t even related with said proposals) can access the same thing. here’s where people can play favourites, pull strings behind the curtains, and even sabotage other artists with minimal to no accountability because nobody actually knows who is truly responsible for it.

not saying that the old system is flawless, but in a company that houses 100+ artists, this centralised management system is bound to break. at least, the old system allows direct communication with the manager in charge, which cuts out other unnecessary layers and pointless delays. if there’s a problem, fans and agencies/brands can directly communicate with the manager. now, no more. we’re stuck with a shady and suspicious system that has been proven to be incredibly inefficient. this is genuinely worrying.

@GMMTV fans are humans too u know! we all have our own lives and challenges, yet supporting our favorite artist is something we truly cherish. Fans go above and beyond to increase engagement and bring recognition to their favorite artist, even while managing work and personal responsibilities. That level of dedication is remarkable and speaks to the genuine love we have for him ❤️

This is why the lack of solo events and schedules for Nani is difficult for us to understand. We have already shown that his engagements are high, and there’s no way that brands aren’t interested in him.

เนื่องจากทางแฟนคลับจะไม่ทราบถึงระบบการรับงาน หรือการจัดแพลนงานต่างๆ ให้นานิ ซึ่งตอนนี้มีผลที่ทำให้เห็นงานของน้องผ่านหน้าจอหรือ event ต่างๆ ลดลง

ซึ่งเราก็เข้าใจได้เช่นกันว่าในส่วนของงานเบื้องหลัง ตัวน้องเองก็คงมีการซ้อมและถ่ายทำอื่นๆ ซึ่งอาจมีทุกวันก็ได้ แต่ข้อมูลตรงส่วนนี้ทางแฟนคลับจะไม่รู้

📂ทางเราจึงขอให้ทางค่ายช่วยพิจารณา

1. การจัดคิวหรือรับงานของศิลปิน อยากให้ลำดับวันที่ปล่อยผลงานหรือ event ไม่ควรห่างกันเยอะเกิน (ในกรณีที่สามารถควบคุมได้จากตัวค่ายเอง) เพื่อไม่ให้กระแสหายไป และมีผลงานให้เห็นสม่ำเสมอค่ะ มองว่าการจัดคิวงานทางค่ายเองสามารถ control ได้ส่วนหนึ่ง ซึ่งน่าจะเป็นผลดีต่อตัวศลปเองค่ะ

2. หากไม่สามารถควบคุมวันเวลาต่างๆ ได้จริงๆ อยากให้มี mini vlog หรือกิจกรรมจากทางค่ายออกมาบ้างเพื่อเลี้ยงกระแสค่ะ และได้ขายตัวตนของศลปจริงๆ ไม่ผ่านบทบาทอื่นๆ ค่ะ

3. อยากให้พิจารณาว่าจะรักษาฐานแฟนคลับขาจรใหม่ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นได้อย่างไรบ้าง เพราะจะหวังให้แฟนคลับขาประจำช่วยเลี้ยงกระแสอย่างเดียวมัน impact ไม่พอนะคะ เสียดายศักยภาพของตัวค่ายและศิลปินที่มีค่ะ
