@SouthwestAir loses our bag on a direct flight from Miami to St. Louis, tells us they had to pull one bag off plane to make weight (ours) so our bag is still in Miami. 24 hours later they stop using that as an excuse, and now can not locate our bag. Lies. Fly elsewhere folks.
