@HSBC_UK Once again customer service at HSBC has become like pulling teeth. Can I speak to some one in branch NO have to do that by phone as we don’t have anyone in branch that can do this. Sit in branch for an hour waiting for someone to answer phone. Still no joy.

Just had an e-mail saying TFL are now giving fines of £550 for no complaint HGV entering Greater London. Absolute joke. And apparently they have so far fined 7000 trucks 😡#TfL #london #removals
