@pc_optimum, what a disgrace! The worst customer experience I have ever seen. 3 weeks of escalations and 8 hours of phone calls to solve a problem you created, only to be hung up on by an agent. Customer no more!
@cinestarz_burl purchased tickets online, was charged on credit card for tomorrow matinee, confirmation link for the tickets doesn’t work. Didn’t receive email confirmation just a credit card charge. Please Help!
