TP Commit: Northeastern State transfer Ethan Blackmon has committed to Tarleton State, he tells @Revocruit.

The 6’7” sophomore forward averaged 16.5 points, 7.7 boards, and 1.6 assists on 55% shooting through 29 games this season, totaling 805 career points in 57 games.

LUTE OLSON NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Georgia Tech’s Duncan Powell has earned Lute Olson National Player of the Week honors. The 6-foot-8 junior helped @GTMBB to a pair of conference wins last week, averaging 24.5 points, and 6.5 rebounds per game. Powell posted a career-high 26 points in Tuesday’s win at Pittsburgh. He also set a new personal best with six made threes. He shot 56.6% from the field, including 50% from beyond the arc.

The 2025 Lute Olson National Player of the Year award will be announced in April in San Antonio, site of the 2025 men’s NCAA basketball championship.
