Today @DanvilleAreaCC Groundskeeper Bob Strawser (2nd fr. left) and Director Doug Adams (2nd fr. right) received commendations for going "above and beyond" to clean the VA garage. VP Mike Cunningham, Exec VP Dave Kietzmann, & Dean Terri Cummings recommended them for the award.

Today @DanvilleAreaCC Welding Instructor R.J. Rowland invited local manufacturers to meet the U.S. Department of Labor's Bruce Hallam to talk about federal funding for apprenticeships. DACC is introducing an accelerated welding certificate that can be earned in two semesters.
