When our deep strikes were not reaching Moscow and St. Petersburg, Putin did not think much about it. He understood that the war was far from the Kremlin. Of course, once he feels what is happening in Moscow, he will begin to understand what is happening in the Kursk, Belgorod, and Bryansk regions. He’ll begin to grasp the reality of the situation.
When not one hundred drones but a thousand start reaching Moscow, and when he feels it and sees it, he will be advised to move somewhere beyond the Urals. That will be a moment that opens a new chapter on the path toward ending the war. The farther Putin is from Moscow, the closer the end of the war and peace will be.
He fears for his life. And then there are the elites. Where do the Russian elites live? Moscow and St. Petersburg – the two major cities. Those places will be reached, because that is where they make the decisions to kill us.
That is why deep strikes have had, and continue to have, a major impact. We must keep working on this. It is constant, difficult, and daily work. We must all stay focused and energized. The heroes are those on the front line. And all of us, the entire state, must keep carrying shells to them. If we do, we will bring a just and strong peace for Ukraine. That is what victory means for us.
From an interview with the Financial Times. (3/3)
Last night, Kyiv came under a massive Russian attack. Russia launched 68 missiles and 351 attack drones. Response efforts are still underway. Damage has been recorded at more than 10 locations across the city, including residential buildings. All necessary services are on the ground, doing everything possible to rescue people and provide assistance to everyone who needs it. So far, 64 people have been rescued, including two children. As of now, it has been confirmed that, tragically, eleven people were killed in this attack. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Around 60 more people were injured.
In the Kyiv region, sixteen people were injured and three people were killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. A fire is still burning at the site of the missile strike in Vyshneve. People are being evacuated from a residential area. More than 400 first responders and police officers have been deployed to deal with the aftermath of the attack.
Our warriors performed well today in intercepting drones and cruise missiles, but unfortunately not Russian ballistic missiles. And the reason lies in the insufficient supply of interceptor missiles. It is critically important that the world – first and foremost the United States and our European partners – come out of the NATO Summit in Ankara with strong decisions in support of our air defense, and thus the protection of ordinary people’s lives. As long as Patriot missiles remain in our allies' stockpiles, Russia is only encouraged to keep “vanquishing” residential buildings. The United States and Europe have enough strength to stop this terror.
Ukraine 🇺🇦 did not intercept a single one of the 23 Iskander ballistic missiles fired at Kyiv tonight because it ran out of PAC-3 interceptors, and the US 🇺🇸 doesn’t send more
Putin is getting exactly what he wanted from Trump, a defenseless Ukraine which can be bombed endlessly
Intelligence once again indicates that the Russians are preparing a new massive strike. This is typical of Putin: right after America’s Independence Day and before the NATO Summit in Ankara. Russia wants to bring more evil and kill people. Please stay safe and heed any air raid alerts.
Separately, to partners: any delay with missiles for our air defense – missiles for Patriots – means the loss of lives, and it encourages Russia to continue the war. The world has the necessary quantity and quality of air defense. What is needed are your decisions to ensure real protection of lives in Ukraine.
Above all, these are, of course, decisions by the United States, decisions by the strong countries in Europe and around the world. Please be active in your decisions and protect lives. Missiles for Patriots are needed not in warehouses right now, but in Patriot units in Ukraine. I thank everyone who is providing real help.
@wholemars Well, that’s a first! I reported probably 6 potholes last week alone that it wasn’t going to move for. The next release coming ‘soon’ should be the first trained for them. I can’t wait to test it.
I’m shocked that Russia can crash a building onto sleeping families in a European capital, murdering 30 people, without any meaningful reaction from the world whatsoever.
@JohnBishop71 Wow. What a liar.
The east stadium expansion was planned and largely built under Tom Osborne, not Eichhorst.
But I’ll give him credit for the WiFI upgrade and stadium video screen ribbon.
Great work “Energy Bus” Boy.
