रवींद्रनाथ टागोर यांच्या १६१ व्या जयंतीचे औचित्य साधून टपाल विभागातर्फे विशेष आवरणाचे प्रकाशन करण्यात आले. यावेळी राज्यपालांच्या हस्ते बंग मैत्री संसदेच्या स्मरणिकेचे प्रकाशन करण्यात आले.
