But look at this way no one would have known what Doan was capable of because he never would have received the time on ice. If Hayton would go away he might have but that's not the case. Doan didn't have a spot on the Mammoth team.

@SpaceCadetCelia @BagleyKSLsports Yes and no. Robert Thomas isn't leaving the blues. So when a center like Larkin pops up you have to battle for him. And with a bunch of other teams throwing out offers Utah would have to stand out from the others.

Josh Doan wasn't going to get the ice time and neither was Kess. Just because JJ wasn't a rockstar? Please he's still a developing player like Doan is.
