FYI - there will be an increase in guns and hunting content on my twitter from now on. If this is something you do NOT wish to see, I suggest not following me. I will not be posting bloody carcasses and such, however, there may be pictures of downed animals. That was all :)
@VortexOptics The outer ring on my objective started backing out with my sunshade last time I was at the range - will that be a problem for the nitrogen fill and watertightness of the scope? Viper PST Gen 1, maybe 1/2-3/4 turns before I noticed.
Hey @VortexOptics! Just bought a rifle that had a 1-4x24 Crossfire II on it, and I have no idea what the previous owner may have done to it. There is dust inside and the lenses in the ocular are loose! Is it a VIP fix? Good thing I planned on using my Crossfire II 2-7x32 Scout!
@SBullaj@VortexOptics That's awesome, I have the Viper PST 5-25x50 Gen 1 on my 338 LM, have a Crossfire II 3-12x56 on a Rem700 in 30-06 and a Vortex Crossfire Red Dot on my Rem 870 scattergun. Needless to say, I like Vortex!
@Deadlyslob@nikgeneburn But what about the fear! Never underestimate the dread felt in everyone's heart when you hear one of them pop off in your raid!
Testing out my new pew at the range! It has surprisingly gentle recoil impulse, I think the muzzle blast is worse for everyone else than it is for me, being right behind the gun. 10/10, will shoot again! #guns#rangeday#338LapuaMagnum#Savage110BA
Bottom rifle is my Remington 700 in 30-06 Springfield in KKC stock, Timney trigger, Hausken suppressor, Vortex Crossfire 3-12x56. Top rifle is my newest one; Savage 110BA in .338 Lapua Magnum, Vortex Viper PST 6-24x50. Still looking for a can for it, probably gonna get an A-tec.
So I went to go pick up my new rifle today, and the guy selling it had made a little table display of it, with all the extra stuff he wanted to give along with it! We guys could live in a shithole, but presentation of something we love, that merits effort!
@DanToTheFuture_ I liked it, but still have criticism; the costume design looks like it's made by Lego, Leia is supposed to be 10, but I would have guessed 6-7, and so far the plot feels like it's leaping through a story that was meant to be a lot slower. Why didn't you like it, Dan?
