Thoughts are my own
A picture of me summoning all my vocal cord strength trying to talk at roughly 150 decibals so my geriatric patients can hear me over the phone when scheduling visits
Also its crazy to me how many huge companies have spent money on advertising "we hire heroes"/"our Healthcare workers are heroes" or whatever variation you see on massive and numerous billboards instead of just spending that money to pay their "heroes" more lol
Being in Healthcare for just 3 years it's sad to see how insurance companies have continued to screw everyone (both people using their insurance and companies that bill through them). If continues this way every year seems like we are just SoL in 20-25 years
In home health I have had some things offered to me such as: homemade dessert, bbq, sweet tea but last weekend I had someone offer me a cigarette after I completed the visit ๐๐
Picture of me in a couple months going to see my home health patients on a 70mpg moped with gas prices rising and mileage reimbursement staying the same #vroomvroom
Hard to believe this extremely goofy, lovable, and fluffy dog turns 2 today! So much bigger than the barely 6 lb fluff ball when we brought her home #puppy#miniaussie#minuatureaustralianshepherd https://t.co/Hcc8UMBPjD
I am having to watch breath sound and auscultation training videos for work and I am just having flashbacks to long cardiopulmonary labs in pt school ๐
