@British_Airways - really disappointing journey with you again. We booked a business class flight to Singapore specifically to be able to work and WiFi was down for the whole 14 hr flight also with tech issues BA0015 20/06. Now waiting an hour for bags on the return BA12 3rd July
@TurkishAirlines trapped on TK1980 LHR to IST now for over 2 hours with barely any AC, no water offered and minimal communication from the cockpit. It’s swelteringly hot. This isn’t an acceptable level of service
@British_Airways -called twice and hung up on with the problem not solved. the 6.15pm LHR-NAP yesterday was cancelled. BA rebooked us on same flight today but we made alt plans. Pls can you issue an email to confirm the cancellation and a refund will be issued for original flight
@leonrestaurants ordered a chicken burger from your London Bridge station branch tonight and really unhappy with the quality. Chicken was undercooked I didn’t want to chance eating it.

@SouthernRailUK please put more carriages on the service from Beckenham Junction to London Bridge. 5 carriages in rush hour isn’t enough for a train that only goes every 15 mins. Regularly leaving passengers behind at East Dulwich onwards

@UberEats - had 2 bad orders tonight. 1st order glitched on app and didn’t deliver my main so reordered spending another £10. 2nd order @SubwayUK cookies delivered wrong order that contained nuts - can’t eat as have nut allergy - dangerous! Only refunded for food not total fee…
