listen to me!!! download lm studio + gemma 4
you'll *never* know when you might need a local llm for something
my hotel had INCREDIBLY shitty wifi and i couldn't connect my beryl router
gemma walked me through so many combinations of things to try and finally i'm in and properly connected and have super fast connection 🤓
These iOS niches are wide open in 2026:
- AI Personal Stylist Apps $60k MRR
- Wardrobe Organizer Apps $45k MRR
- Outfit Planner Apps $50k MRR
- Laundry Care Label Scanners $30k MRR
Fashion + utility = high willingness to pay.

those who wanna start vibe coding for free..
today Google made it stupidly easy to run an AI coding agent for free..
Just 3 steps.
No API key. No subscription. it runs on your machine…
> just Install Ollama → https://t.co/FAkQsxS56c
> Pull Gemma 4 26B
> Launch OpenClaw with Gemma as the backend
That's it. You now have a fully local coding agent.. with no monthly bill, no rate limits.
imo every developer should have a local setup ready as a fallback
Building a high converting app onboarding flow is hard..
So I built a Claude Skill that does it for me
Instead of spending hours figuring out the right questions and pain points… now it's done in 5 minutes
Just point it at your codebase and it does the rest
Questionnaires. Custom plans. App demos. The exact strategy used by Cal AI ($1M/mo) and Mob ($100k/mo)
It's the App Onboarding Questionnaire skill and it's available on github here:

one question I keep getting in my inbox:
what's my vibe-coding process?
1. explore the idea
2. design all states in figma
3. send designs to claude and explain what's needed
4. usually, after the first prompt, the solution is about 70% there
5. continue chatting with Claude to polish everything up
ASO is actual magic if you get it right.
Last week: 1-2 sales/day (maybe 5 if lucky).
Last 48h: 25-35 sales/day.
I’m honestly mind-blown by the jump.
The only thing holding me back from a total moonshot? Getting users to leave reviews.
It’s a struggle, but we’re getting there.
Off to a good start today with sale #1 already in!

My exact tech stack for every client MVP in 2026 :
After 50+ projects, I stopped experimenting.
This stack ships fast and survives production.
FRONTEND
- Next.js 14 (App Router)
- Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui
- React Query for server state
- Zustand for client state
- TypeScript. Always.
BACKEND
- Next.js API routes for straightforward MVPs
- Node.js + Express when the API needs to be a separate service
- Zod for input validation on every single endpoint
DATABASE
- Supabase (Postgres) for most projects
- Drizzle ORM — type-safe, fast, no magic
- Upstash Redis for caching and rate limiting
AUTH
- NextAuth.js or Supabase Auth
- Never rolling custom JWT auth from scratch
STORAGE
- Cloudinary for images (free tier is generous enough for early MVPs)
- Supabase Storage for documents and user uploads
PAYMENTS
- Stripe. Always Stripe.
DEPLOYMENT
- Vercel for frontend and Next.js API routes
- Railway for standalone backends
- Supabase for managed Postgres
MONITORING
- Sentry for error tracking (free tier covers early stage)
- Vercel Analytics for frontend
Total monthly cost for a new MVP before it gets traction: under $20.
This exact stack has shipped projects that went on to close $50K+ in client contracts.
Save it.
Is anyone paying attention to AI MUSIC ?
Suno just hit $300M ARR with 2M PAID users.
they’re generating 7 MILLION songs per day.
that’s Spotify’s entire catalog
every 2 weeks 😭
I earn $200/day thanks to Claude Code
I freelance for big mobile games companies
They want engaging videos for their games - with narration, voiceover, scripting etc.
I have setup a recursive pipeline with Claude Code with. a detailed set of instructions on how to process - analyze, script, audio, edit, overlay, captions etc.
Claude Code gets me the final videos - I check, give feedback.
I process 10-15 videos/day. $15-20/video.
It takes me 1-2 hours maximum.
Without Claude it would take me 5-6 hours.
Claude Code has seriously changed my life 😅
With this new update, I can even hire a freelance to just give feedback on final videos and iterate, saving up more of my time.
