You may have experienced issues relating to our SSL certificates today when trying to connect to our servers and issues where when reconnecting/connecting to a network that the ident shows as 'bnc4free'. We have immediately fixed this and are working on this issue.
We have renewed our SSL certificates after being made aware that users were getting connection issues due to expired certificates yesterday, this was due to an auto-renewal error. Apologies for any inconvenience this has caused.
There is currently a bit of a backlog on processing requests and support emails at the moment. We endeavour to clear this backlog later today and over the weekend. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Apologies for the brief downtime on our Apple server earlier today, this issue has now been resolved. We have investigated what has led to this issue and are taking steps to ensure this does not happen going forward.

(1/3) Hello, it's been a while. We apologise for the long downtime that our Orange server has had since February 2023. We have now brought back Orange in the form of a new server. As a result of this, all previous accounts on orange have been removed.
Orange is experiencing some issues at the moment which appear DDoS related, the host has been contacted regarding this. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing.
There have been some networking issues with Orange over the last few hours, this has been investigated and appears to be resolved however it may take a while for your bouncer to be reconnected to the IRC network. Apologies for the inconvenience
We understand that the Queen of England and the commonwealth passed away, announced a bit earlier today. Thoughts and prayers go out to not just our country, our royal family, but those that are the part of the commonwealth she was part of.
