@LJ2ZAY @Ronrosco2 Who knows, but it's just how it goes sometimes and there are many examples of this. The Browns have coaching and personnel changes every year but they still suck every year. Sometimes the more things change, the more they stay the same.

@sports_god1 @deibtryin @jeffzrebiec I'm definitely not a build through free agency guy, which is where Simpson came from anyway. Emery has shown potential. He was a 3rd round guy.....Simpson was a 4th round guy himself. I thought Emery should have replaced 77 last season once he got healthy.

@sports_god1 @deibtryin @jeffzrebiec Yeah, I agree with all that but think they could have accomplished the same, or better, for cheaper by sticking with Emery over Simpson. Then used that Simpson money towards a center, tight end or corner.

They may try to replicate Ben Johnson's offense, but I'm still not a fan of them going heavy on 11 personnel. I don't think it compliments their roster.
