أيُّ قانونٍ يجيز إعادة الإنسان أشلاء؟

وصل إلى مجمع الشفاء الطبي قبل قليل 54 جثمانًا لشهداء، ترافقهم 66 صندوقًا تضم أشلاءً وأعضاءً بشرية، جرى الإفراج عنها عبر الصليب الأحمر.
ليس هذا خبرًا عابرًا، بل لحظة صادمة تختبر ما تبقّى من ضمير هذا العالم.
أيُّ مشهدٍ هذا الذي نقف فيه أمام صناديق مغلقة، نبحث داخلها عن ملامح أبنائنا؟
كيف لنا أن نُعيد الأسماء إلى الأجساد، ونحن لا نمتلك أدوات الفحص اللازمة، ولا الحدّ الأدنى من الإمكانات الطبية والجنائية التي تُمكّننا من التعرّف عليهم أو توثيقهم كما يليق بكرامة الإنسان؟
لسنا أمام أرقامٍ تُسجَّل في تقارير، بل أمام آباء وأمهات، وأبناء وبنات، لكلٍّ منهم اسمٌ وذاكرة وحلمٌ وبيتٌ ما زال ينتظر.
أن يُعادوا أشلاءً، وأن تُسلَّم أجسادهم في صناديق، ليس مجرد انتهاكٍ إجرائي، بل جريمة أخلاقية وإنسانية، وانتهاكٌ صارخ لكل القوانين والمواثيق الدولية التي وُضعت يومًا لحماية كرامة الإنسان حيًّا وميتًا.
في مراتٍ سابقة، استُعيدت الجثامين وهي تحمل آثار تشويه وتعذيب.
واليوم، تُستعاد الأجساد مجزّأة، كأن الهدف لم يكن إنهاء الحياة فحسب، بل محو الهوية، وكسر الذاكرة، وإذلال الأحياء قبل الأموات.
نحن لا نطالب بالمستحيل، ولا نطلب امتيازًا خاصًا.
نطالب بحقٍّ بديهي:
أن يُعاد الإنسان إنسانًا،
أن يُحفظ جسده،
أن تُصان كرامته،
وأن تُحترم القوانين التي يدّعي العالم الالتزام بها.
فحين تُداس هذه المبادئ، لا تُهان غزة وحدها،
بل تُهان الإنسانية جمعاء.

Which Law Allows a Human Being to Be Returned in Pieces?

A short while ago, 54 bodies of martyrs arrived at Al-Shifa Medical Complex, accompanied by 66 boxes containing human remains, released through the Red Cross.
This is not a routine update—it is a moment that exposes the world’s remaining conscience to a brutal test.
What kind of scene is this, where we stand before sealed boxes, searching inside them for the faces of our children?
How are we expected to restore names to bodies when we lack the necessary forensic tools, and even the most basic medical and investigative means to identify them or document them with dignity?
These are not numbers to be recorded in reports.
They are fathers and mothers, sons and daughters—each with a name, a memory, a dream, and a home that still waits.
To be returned as fragments, delivered inside boxes, is not merely a procedural violation; it is a profound moral and humanitarian crime, and a blatant breach of international laws and conventions established to protect human dignity, in life and in death.
In previous instances, bodies were returned bearing signs of mutilation and abuse.
Today, they are returned in pieces, as if the objective were not only to end life, but to erase identity, shatter memory, and humiliate the living before the dead.
We are not asking for the impossible, nor for special privilege.
We are demanding a basic right:
that a human being be returned as a human being,
that the body be preserved,
that dignity be upheld,
and that the laws the world claims to respect be honored.
When these principles are trampled,
it is not Gaza alone that is humiliated—
it is humanity as a whole.

Two recent decisions made by the State Department both involve children.

We need to be the America that allows war torn children to come here for life saving surgeries and the America that never releases a foreign child sex predator that our great LEO’s caught.

But in this circumstance those war torn children are from Gaza and this foreign child sex predator is from Israel and works directly for Netanyahu.

Let me guess.

Would it be antisemitic to drag Netanyahu’s Cyber Executive Director back and prosecute this pos to the full extent of the law and at the same time let Palestinian kids who had their limbs and bodies blown apart receive surgeries in America?

I’m not saying bring in refugees or use tax payer dollars, not at all, but when did America’s heart grow so cold to refuse innocent children privately funded surgeries and then they return home after they recover?

Wouldn’t we allow Israeli children if they were the ones needing surgery?

Or war torn children from any other country?

And the most concerning question is when and how did America become so subservient to Israel that we immediately release a CHILD SEX PREDATOR after arrest, with a 100% locked up case with evidence, and let him off to fly back home to Israel??

Would we do that with a Mexican child sex predator?

Chinese child sex predator?

Any other country’s child sex predator?

I know God does not discriminate in his love for children.

Why would we?
