@Ur_a_Smartass_C From the time he learned to walk my son would get up every morning and come hang with me in the recliner until it was time for breakfast, cuddled up under my right elbow. Then, one day, he stopped wanting that. Normal development, but I still grieve.
@monsterhunter45 Operation Ajax is still within living memory in Iran. We should not be involved in their postwar politics, and you can bet they don’t want us involved.
Now ask, who fishes Haitian waters, and what will happen to locals who try? I’m not trying to be mysterious, I actually don’t know, but in other cases where poor locals are not taking advantage of some abundant resource it’s because their government or some entrenched interest prevents them. This is doubly likely in the place the Duvalier family once controlled.
@bey_melvin84616@Robbie_Reasons Stick to arguing with traffic cops about whether you need license plates. It’s as legally and historically valid as your origin fable and makes for better YouTube videos.
It’s a simple question. A patent for “refrigerated trucks” does not mean it’s the only patent for “refrigerated trucks”, nor indicate that the patent’s design is in common use, nor that the name on this list is the only name on the patent. These lists are intentionally misleading.
@HanyelPaulOkolo@DaanBarnard Good luck feeding yourselves and keeping the lights on, Sunshine. The only reason you have any civilization beyond the Stone Age is that whites conquered your territory.
You can, in fact, yell “fire” in a theater. If there is no actual fire, you can be kicked out by the management and you may be legally responsible for any damage or injury that results from your poor decision making but the only charge you’re likely to pick up would be your jurisdiction’s version of Disorderly Conduct.
