Trump’s DOJ is suing California based on the baseless claim that noncitizens vote here. They’re doing this after ballots have already been mailed and people have begun to vote. This lawsuit has nothing to do with election integrity and everything to do with laying groundwork to steal the mid-terms based on frivolous election fraud claims. The only fraud here is being committed by Trump and his cronies. This is how authoritarian regimes operate. We will stop them.
