@Wander_Malik The test before handing off: the same message to the same kind of buyer gets replies for reasons you can name. Write down the list and the one message that worked, or the rep inherits a guess and the salary pays for your missing experiment.
Never warm the main domain, use a cousin (getbosrai .com style). SPF, DKIM, DMARC on day one. Week 1: 5 a day, replies only to people who know you. Week 2: 15. Week 3: 30 and hold there per mailbox, never more. Watch two numbers, not one: bounces under 2% and at least one reply per 50 sends. If replies stop, you are in spam, no matter what the warm-up tool says. Send one to your own Gmail and Outlook every Monday and look where it lands.
@Vignesh_Waram_ the missing piece is state. a prompt doesn't remember who was contacted, what they replied, or what stage they're in, so every session restarts at zero. that's the line between a step and a system. built https://t.co/jxMMUXxn6v around keeping that state.
@KyleAsay_ Emails for prospects landing with customers is a suppression failure, not a model failure. It's the class of error one human look before send catches on day one. 'Your data doesn't need to be perfect' really means 'nobody will read the output first.'
An SDR at the average $80K OTE costs roughly $110K fully loaded. Ramp is 3.0 months, so that money buys 9 productive months, not 12.
At 10 held meetings a month, $1,222 per meeting. At the quota-miss case, $2,037.

Most AI lead gen tools are a workflow with a model in the middle. Make them prove it.
