@theHREgroup @HighwaysEngland No, probably a lot less. Find out who wrote the policies. Was it someone in house or a consultant? Complain to Historic England and LAs that HE are not following their own policies. On the basis of that, ask a few local authorities to locally list key bridges. Worth a punt.

We'd currently give them a compliance rating of precisely zero.
