The Lazarus sign (or Lazarus reflex) is an involuntary spinal reflex in brain-dead patients. It causes them to briefly lift their arms and cross them over their chest. This movement looks purposeful or like recovery, but it means no brain activity remains
Made eggs and spinach for breakfast without thinking about “being healthy.”

Caught myself choosing the stairs instead of the elevator.
No big speech in my head about it.
Just did it.

Sounds boring, I know… but I used to be dehydrated all the time and didn’t even realize how much it affected me.
Now every time I drink water, it feels like I’m doing something good for myself.
