@ThePOTSPostman Sitting on the floor rather than a chair massively helps me manage pain as I'm not straining anything or overthinking how I'm sitting but if I have to sit on a chair, being able to have my feet off the floor, such as a stool or sitting cross legged helps too.

Feel a rare sense of relief watching the budget. From what I can tell, no regular people are getting fucked, the rich are taking the hit, cap gains increased, public services and NHS getting long overdue investment. Considering the hell Labour has inherited this is impressive.

3 years ago today my beautiful mumma left us to join the angels. I don't know what I believe in terms of faith but I do believe she's still with me in some way.
