Indian Ubnormal Increase in Steel Prices:
India is the 2nd largest steel producer, yet prices jumped 20% (โน52โโน62). NMDC Limited hasnโt raised prices much. Strait of Hormuz tensions impact LNGโnot domestic CNG/CBG used here.
Looks like unjustified price hikes hurting MSMEs?!!
Why Union Govt. protects only large steel players with Anti Dumping Duty ? ๐ค
Let's all pray for the war to end. All we need is a peaceful and caring World...Humanity is above all. God save.๐๐

Burning MSMEs in India โ Not Just the Middle East alone..
The ongoing geopolitical tensions involving the US, Israel and Iran have triggered supply disruptions and sharp increases in energy prices. This is severely impacting MSMEs across India.
LPG gas and furnace oil are the first and most essential inputs for operationsโcutting, heating, heat treatment, painting processes, and even cooking in factory canteens.
Due to shortages and rising costs:
โข Many MSME units are forced to slow down or shut ย down temporarily..
Steep increase in raw materials, energy ย cost,
โข Migrant workers are leaving ย due no canteen, no food.
This Alarming situation needs timely intervention from both Central and State.... Governments
AIPC MSME Verticle recommends Possible relief measures could include:
โข Monitoring and controlling abnormal raw material and energy price spikes
โข Extension of contract delivery timelines without LD (Liquidated Damages)
โข Reduction or waiver of SD (Security Deposit) and PBG (Performance Bank Guarantee) requirements
โข Reduction in bank interest rates or interest subvention for MSMEs
โข Extension of export timelines under ECGC support etc.

When Fuel Supply Chain Fails... No parota, No Dosa and Sambar.. Wherher u like or not this is the Current Status of Restaurants in TN.
What is the Status of MSMEs???......
Union Budget 2026 & MSMEs โ Whatโs Hurting & Disappointing!!!* ๐
Budget 2026 talks big about growth funds and future-ready MSMEs.( only some creamy Medium and upper small industry will be benefited)
But on the ground, many small / micro industries & businesses are still asking.
๐ โWho is helping us survive today?โ
Cost of Finance is Most important than Funding( msme financial cost is 50 % plus more than corporates)
Budget didn't address the Scarching Raw Material (like iron, steel, Copper, Aluminum, Chemicals etc -) Price Steep increases.
๐ธ Delayed payments still block cash flow
*Sales happen. Payments donโt.* TReDS is promising *but expensive, need to pay for the TReDs platform charges???* Why should msme pay if the payments are made immediately by the buyers????
๐ธ Credit is still hard for small players
Growth funds help scale-ups, not the micro units fighting for working capital.
๐ธ No real GST or tax relief
Compliance is complex, rules keep changing, and thereโs no major simplification for MSMEs.
๐ธ No MSME special tax like coporate tax.
๐ธ GeM market charges are very high no reduction in that. Sector & regional issues ignored
Traditional clusters and specific industries expected more โ but got little.
๐ Reality check:
*Budget 2026 supports only Creamy Medium Industries and not Micro & Small.*
But MSMEs that are struggling to survive needed stronger, immediate relief.
*Survival is Most Important than Growth*
