Friendly reminder for any student athlete playing a spring sport! All paperwork is due by march 2nd or the first day of tryouts. If your student athlete played a fall or winter sport the section 7 spring recert form is required. If they did not play a fall/winter sport
The whole PIAA physical packet is required. The forms include the BP sports info sheet, AHN authorization to release PHI, AHN consent to treat form, & the PIAA sections 1-6. If any form is missing they will not permitted to tryout until they are fully completed. If you have any
