Today GPSA caught up with Minister for State Development, @PictonChris, whose new portfolio also encompasses Trade and Investment, to discuss how the season is progressing, the continuing trade and supply disruptions from the Iran war and provided updates on a range of projects GPSA is currently working on.
With fuel supply being such a critical issue at the moment, GPSA attended the recent AgriTech meetup group, which explored on-farm biodiesel production turning oilseed into stable, usable diesel. The event was hosted by Oli Madgett and featured the team from 34MJ and Seed2Diesel.

It was important to provide feedback from South Australian grain producers to key stakeholders at a national level over a few days in Canberra. We caught up with @theGRDC Managing Director @nige_hart and Chair @kongoliafarms to discuss the work the RDC is doing to support an application to the APVMA for double strength mouse bait for SA. Additionally, we provided survey data to the @DAFFgov on seeding intentions and fuel and fertiliser, as well as discussing Biosecurity preparedness with @planthealthaust
