There are a lot of similarities in the firing of McDermott and Tomlin walking. Organizations that just did not put a roster together properly (WRs in Buffalo, OLine & QB in Pitt). No TRUE power to make the proper decisions to affect the product on the field. RELATIONSHIPS MATTER
