BRD first aid to protect cultrue heritage team has started its emergency responst to safegourd the Menaret of Jam which stands as a UNESCO World Heritage site built around 1190 AD in Ghore province, western Afghanistan. The site was affected by the recent flooding disaster.
BRD will lead a monthly dialogue with community leaders and civil society to increase awareness on the right of children and their in engagement in the service delivery.

Vocational Training to a Vulnerable Afghan Youth Program was designed to build skills that are in demand such as carpentry, welding, tinsmith, bike mechanics and mobile technicians.
In 2018-2022, more than 500 youth participated in our training, of which 80% were placed in jobs or started their own business to earn sufficient income to improve their livelihood.
This winter will be tougher than most of us have known in our lifetime. Many families are facing difficult decisions on how to spend their money in the face of skyrocketing energy and food prices. According to UN, 95 percent of #Afghans are not getting enough to eat.
